Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. To begin a return, please contact us within this window. Once your return is approved, you'll have an additional 7 days to send the item back.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and undamaged.
• In their original condition, with tags attached where applicable.
• In original packaging that is undamaged.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund. All returned items must be in their original condition and suitable for resale. Thank you for understanding!

Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us through our contact page or by email with your order number, the item you'd like to return and the reason for your return.

We will review your request and provide instructions for completing your return if the request is approved. Please wait for return instructions before mailing your item back.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue a return for items lost in transit.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us. We'll work with you to resolve the issue and cover reasonable return shipping costs when appropriate.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.
